While in overall good condition, the property’s paintwork was due for a touch-up as it was showing signs of ageing. As it had been a while since its last servicing, the exterior surface required a reasonable amount of sanding prior to painting. Once all necessary measures were taken to prepare the surface, the paintwork was completed with Dulux Weathershield.
